The “Accessibility and Connectivity of the 15-minute-city” seminar is an event organised by the ACUTE project and UERA

When you register for this event, the information collected about you will be processed :

• to the Research Vice-Presidency of the Gustave Eiffel University, located at 5 boulevard Descartes, Champs-sur-Marne, 77454 Marne-la-Vallée cedex 2 acute-uera@sciencesconf.org

Personal data are collected and processed for the following purpose:

• The follow-up of the conference logistics,

• Management and follow-up of registrations,

• Informing the public in the event of a change in the programme (postponement, cancellation, place, time, etc.)

The legal basis for the processing is as follows:

• The data subject consents to the processing of his/her personal data.

Duration of data storage

• Your data will be kept for the duration of the “Accessibility and Connectivity of the 15-minute-city” seminar and will be deleted after the days. We inform you that if you agree to be informed of the next edition of the “Accessibility and Connectivity of the 15-minute-city” seminar, only your email address will be kept until the next edition, which will take place in 2023.

Transfer outside the European Union

• Your data will never be transferred outside the European Union.
